Media Picks Toledo to Win MAC

Toledo and Marshall are the preseason picks by the MAC News Media Association to meet Dec. 2 in the league's football championship game. UT was selected to capture the MAC Championship for 2004. The announcement was made Tuesday morning in Detroit at the 2004 MAC Football Media Day gathering.
In the West, Northern Illinois was tabbed second and defending divisional champ Bowling Green third. Only the top three picks in each division are released. In the East, Miami and Akron, respectively, were listed second and third. Miami is the defending MAC Champion.[LEAD-IN BREAK]
