Athletic Director Tom Boeh announced a home-and-home agreement with the University of Utah at Friday's Ohio Football Media Day. The Utes, a member of the Mountain West Conference, will host Ohio in 2006 and return the game with a visit to Athens in 2011.

When asked about a continuing series with Marshall, Boeh said he had delivered a proposal for a 6-year agreement to Herd AD Bob Marcum and head coach Bob Pruett.[LEAD-IN BREAK] It would allow Ohio and Marshall to resume their annual matchup in either the 2006 or 2007 season. Boeh is hoping to get the issue resolved so he can proceed with finalizing the 2006 through 2008 non-conference schedules.
