For the first time in history, an Ohio football game will be shown on ESPN. The game time of Bobcats' October 16th contact at Toledo has been moved from 7 PM to noon to accommodate the broadcast. The contest will be televised on a regional basis to over 20 million cable subscribers. The coverage area includes the states of Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, plus other selected markets to be announced. As part of the arrangement, the broadcast will also automatically be included on ESPN GamePlan, making it available nationwide on a pay-per-view basis.
