Cooper has career-day, but Bobcats fall in 4 OTs
Point guard scores 43, dishes out 13 assists

ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. - D.J. Cooper had 43 points, 13 assists, eight rebounds and eight steals, but Ohio fell in quadruple-overtime Saturday at St. Bonaventure.
Andrew Nicholson had a game-high 44 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Bonnies (6-3).
Tommy Freeman and Ivo Baltic added 17 and 13 points, respectively, for the Bobcats (6-5).
A Cooper 3-pointer with 22 seconds remaining tied the game after Ohio trailed by 10 with less than seven minutes left in regulation.
Cooper also scored a layup with 17 seconds left in the first overtime to force a second extra session.
Michael Davenport's 3-pointer with 21 seconds remaining in the second overtime forced a third overtime, while Demitrius Conger hit a pair of free throws with 30 seconds left in that period.
St. Bonaventure scored the first five points of the final overtime and led by as many as seven.
Four Ohio forwards fouled out in the game, including Baltic, Reggie Keely, DeVaughn Washington and T.J. Hall.
Cooper was 17 of 41 shooting with five turnovers in 55 minutes.
Baltic and Asown Sayles had nine rebounds each for the Bobcats, who were outrebounded 53-48, but forced 24 turnovers with only 13 of their own.
Ohio made 40 of 101 field goal attempts, including 9 of 40 from 3-point range. It was 18 of 24 at the foul line, whereas St. Bonaventure made 30 of 48 tries at the charity stripe and 38 of 67 shots from the field.
Conger had 23 points and 12 rebounds for St. Bonaventure. Davenport had 19 points and eight boards, and Ogo Adegboye scored 13 points.
The Bobcats host Temple at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
