Thanks Ruck.  I've been pleasantly surprised with how things have been running lately.    The uptime with my newest host has been very good...minus Saturday afternoon around 4-5 and early Sunday morning when the host server had to be taken offline for emergency memory switch-out of a bad modules that popped up.
