I tried like mad to get the cursor into the body portion of the editor, but no luck.

Anybody else tried to post to the site with a vanilla iPad?

It probably doesn't like the javascript that is used for the WYSIWYG editor.

Try:

http://m.bobcatattack.com

That will show the plain old text box for writing message board posts.

Since IOS5, I've been able to post on the regular site with an IPad. I don't know if the new Safari changed that, or what, but it did the trick.
