2 straight visits in a row to BobcatAttack, I was very loudly notified "Congratulations, you are the winner of a Best Buy $1,000 gift card!" with a pop up window.  Wondering if anyone else has had such great "luck" as me?

I'll be addressing the talking ads this afternoon during a call I have with the ad agency's VP of programming.  Hopefully he can do something about it.

All of the pop-unders were removed.  

All users will be getting an invoice for our lost revenue.

Edit: ...if you let the popup load it would only show once per ~12 hour session.  I found it less annoying than the constant popup block notification.
