Topic: Minor, but annoying, issue

For about a week, any time I attempt to use the quote option it does not separate the quote from the response as it always did. In addition, there are no toolbar options for font, etc.
If I attempt a quote response, it will show up on the board as an entire quote box. I'm not a techie but also only a minor dolt in page setup....so, some help please.
I use Firefox as my access, BTW.

This is an example----and, no tool bar for options.

The quote issue is working now, as I type with an overwhelming sense of obviousness.
