No problem. Write up a game story and I'll put it up. Because apparently the many tweets amd Facebook posts I made last night and links to professional writers I put up this morning isn't enough for you.

Fair enough...I don't have the time right now...sleeping only 4.5 hrs per night as readying to start new business...Can we cut and paste an article out of the recap on ohiobobcats.com?

I think that's called plagiarism.

Thought permission might have been granted ..perhaps on some sort of limited, blanket basis.

What story? ohiobobcats.com doesn't do "stories" any more, they do "post game notes" with bulleted "Basics" and "How it happened." I guess you're referring to these "recaps" which I feel are a poor excuse for "journalism."

Glad to hear I'm not the only one who isn't a big fan of this format. Font's too small and format is bad so I just quit reading them. Much better information from Ted and others on this site.

Be all the above as it may, huge Friday two wins for the ladies...and HUGE contest vs. UMich today. ohiobobcats.com says 4000 fans Friday at the 0-2 to 3-2 victory over Xavier today. That's a terrific crowd. Must have been VERY intense.

Anyone who's close to Athens oughta be there today.

OHIO VOLLEYBALL INNA BIG WAY.

This team looks like so much fun. Seemed like a stellar crowd at the Convo.

It was a good crowd - not the biggest I've seen, but a big crowd nonetheless. The local folks have truly gotten behind this team and been behind the volleyball team for 10+ years. It all started with Mike Lessinger as coach and then ramped up from there. With the right emphasis from the ad, there could be 4K to 5K in the Convo every weekend. I'd love to talk with the players and coaches from opposing teams about their thoughts on playing in the Convo.

Two observations. We need new uniforms. What we're currently wearing is what my granddaughter calls "boring." Michigan really had a great look head to toe. Second, the "commercial" for the starting lineup has to go. The video that is playing right now is fantastic, Lou does a great job, but to throw in a "this lineup is brought to you by some random hair place uptown and that so and so and so and so will be happy to cut your hair" brings the whole thing down. The folks behind me and to my left for the Michigan match could be heard saying, "you've got to be f&^%ing kidding me." I had to chuckle and agree. That spot needs to go.
