The problem is the timing of his retirement.

Hopefully O.U. knew this was coming, and has been working on his replacement.

Volleyball season isn't far off.

no one was off guard here, and not all "retirements" are equal.

I'm no volleyball expert, but from the standpoint of someone who has gone to a lot of games since the Theis days, I feel like the program slid a bit under Webb. Nice guy, but the results are the results. Hopefully the next coach can get us back on top of the MAC.

Tuesday will be 3 weeks since O.U. "posted" the Volleyball coach's retirement.

Based on a previous post,"no one was off guard" by this.

Has anyone heard anything about the search for a new coach ?

They always said Schaus kept a list of available candidates for
coaching openings.

Either Julie doesn't do the same thing,or people aren't interested.
