What happened to the Tennessee team against Northwestern?

Wasn't there, just looking at the stats, looks like they were cruising in sets 1 and 2, then fell off the cliff in set 3...25-8!
Then is was like they couldn't overcome.  This was a team that was 6-0 and didn't lose a single set!
