Big week to do some scoreboard watching -- the three teams currently ahead of us (Ball, Western, Northern) play each other...

Just two weeks left in the MAC regular season...

Is this just a year that we're going to have to take for development, yielding to the powerhouses in the West?  Or will OUr yOUng ladies be smartly ready to contend for the title when the MAC tournament plays?

They are good and getting better. The west is really getting better overall and is becoming the converse of hoops where the East is beastly. SHondell is putting to gether another BSU dynasty similar to the 90's before Ohio got really good and Litchefeild took the program toward the outhouse and Boos opened the door and flipped up the seat and threw it downthe hole (although Litch's problems  and downfall stemmed from his run in with Ronie Thomposon)

I think the frosh are exceptional but they are young and still make some typical  freshman mistakes. and to be honest we really do not have a beast like Ellen or Steph who just kill the ball just yet.  COnsistency is the key. Getting them on the same page and athrough the tourney is going to be the trick. . Seniors are certainly going to be the key in getting the thinking caps on and maintaining focus.

I know it hasn't been the best year, but when you have an off year and you have the MAC East CLINCHED with 4 games left to play....that's not too shabby.  Plus, let's not forget last year we had like 5 (or 6 I can't remember) MAC losses at this point in the year.

So, game plan for the last 4 games....take care of what we can control and WIN....let the West beat up on each other and allow the seeding game to play out as it will.

Let's GO CATS!  Ride the momentum you picked up from last weekend and take it into the Tournament!

come on-the east division stinks with a capital S.  Not really any honor to win a division with those kinds of records.
