Looking at the schedule page on the Georgia Southern web site, there are links that make it "appear" like the rest of the O U matches will be avilable on live video.  Don't know any more details at this time.

There is video but it is a premium service and they charge for it. They have a per game rate of about $5.00 or a per month rate of about $10.00.
