The black magic seems to help delivering positive results for the football team. Would it be possible to do the same to the vball. The vball team is great team but artistically, the black jersey would make our girls look good too.

From a photographer's point of view---keep the white jerseys! At least at home. On the road, sure, black might be fun.

It is depends on the performance not on the color of Jersey.
