Lost the first set 25-22 but took the next three.  Kelly played and had some key kills in the fourth set.  Nice road win.

I saw much of the 3-1 NIU--after the first set, we were pretty methodical.

DIdn't see tonight's WMU 3-2 but, just by the scores, we punched 'em pretty solid after being down 1-2.

Well done, young ladies!!

Granted they only have this road swing every other year, but it was the Bobcats' first sweep of the weekend trip to WMU and NIU since 2007 and it's a road sweep against good teams. Puts Ohio alone atop the MAC East and even with Ball State in the MAC overall at 8-2. Home matches against Akron and Buffalo should be a good opportunity to stay there.

This. Solid weekend for the volleyball team beating two teams that always seem to give us grief!

Huge road wins ladies. BG, and every other MAC East team lost Saturday so we now control our destiny. Lamberti only played 1st 3 sets against Western so I imagine the ankle injury may have gotten aggravated. Hopefully she'll be ok, our main force.

But a great sign that we were able to come back without her. Great depth against a very solid Western team. Five players had 10 or more kills (and one had 9) while 4 had double digit digs.
