According to information that's circulating out there in the twitterverse....

Bobcats open the 2014 season with a trip to Hawaii, where they're in what appears to be a tourney with Hawaii, Arizona St. and San Diego St. on August 29 and 30.

The home season starts Sept. 5-6, when VCU, Texas A&M and Va Tech come to Athens.

The spring schedule this year includes a multi team event at Pittsburgh on April 19....

The ability to schedule so many out of conference teams is one thing I like about college volleyball. And the top 25 teams and other "major conference" teams are not afraid to play teams from non-major conferences. I wish it were so easy in other sports.
