This one will be tough. Ball is 5-1 in the MAC and have been winning for a month. They're much better than their ranking. They have a great coach in Steve Shondell and always play tough at home.

Their history in the MAC is pretty amazing and might surprise some, given the way Ohio has dominated the conference for some time. For example they've won 61% of the games against Ohio. Hopefully that % will drop a drip after tonight.

Tonight will be a war. I like our ladies chances.

Of all the MAC towns, the Muncie area has by far the best high school feeder system. Miami would be next if you consider Cincinnati part of there area. After that it would be Northern with Chicago. For OU to have the type of program that we've had speaks volumes to the coaches, setting and support that Athens provides.

After taking the first set 25-8, they lost the second but came back to take the next two comfortably.

Karin hit over .800 for the match (13-0-16) WOW! Abby, Kelly & Meredith put up their usual good numbers ... Mallory and Chelsea (sets 3 & 4) stepped up also. Total team effort. Great to see Kelly & Chelsea together on the court again! Ball St is decent, but Ohio's schedule has been much tougher. Go Cats!
