Take a look for yourself. Simply Google "NCAA Volleyball RPI" and the NCAA web site will show up. Currently ahead of multiple Big Ten squads (Minnesota and Purdue) and several nationally ranked teams (including those getting votes - note: Ohio St). Unfortunately, the next highest MAC team is Northern Illinois at 101, so can't afford to slip-up during the MAC season. Go Cats!

OSU unwittingly gave us a boost this weekend when they took down top 10 program Nebraska...Thanks, Geoff!

True, but having seen Ohio dismantle the Luckeyes ... one has to question Nebraska's ranking in the poll, vs reality. Power 5 conference bias fully understood. OSU beating Huskers in Lincoln was a big surprise. Go Cats!

Not sure how your only four losses are on the road/at neutral sites to top 25 teams and you've beaten number 29 and 35 and you're not ranked. Frustrating.

Agree. Plus 2 of the losses were to top 25 teams in 5 sets. OSU has no business being ranked ahead of us. No respect. And unfortunately, the other MAC schools have poor rankings (a few undeserved) which won't help us either.

Just keep playing the good volleyball. It'll work out.

Come on Monroe, that's like saying keep on driving down the 405 and you'll eventually get there.

Keeping spike to grindstone is better than any alternative that I can think of, Alan.

That's nice. And they're ranked 31 in the other 2 polls. Unfortunately, next weekend's opponents have poor rankings so even winning might drop us.

Bobcats pick up 6 votes and make their entrance in the "Others Receiving Votes" category in the Top 25 this week. Nice to see some people beginning to notice. Keep on winning and that recognition will begin to gain some steam.

58 votes for the Bobcats this week have them just outside the Top 25 this week. One would think another 2-0 weekend this week would be enough to boost the Cats into the Top 25 heading into tournament time.

RPI drops 2 spots to #43.
