When I  came here many years ago, the argument would have been between Women’s X Country and Women’s Swimming and Diving. Swimming and Diving is still strong but the debate would now shift to Men’s Basketball, Football and of course Volleyball who’s been right up there for many years. However, arguably the best team in recent years is Field Hockey.

Yesterday the Field Hockey ladies took down No. 15 Wake Forest 3-2 in 2 overtimes. Last year they beat No.6 osu and No.10 American on their way to the NCAA tourney.
