Ohio senior Juli Accurso did what no other MAC cross country runner has ever done. She won her 3rd straight championship.   Up next, NCAA Regionals.

Juli has won 2 races this Spring in her 6 outings: the Mid-American Conference Championship and the Great Lakes Regionals. I'd say she knows how to ready herself for the big ones.
