Saw article in the Post and Ohio hockey website. I am wondering if it will happen in my life time after all the academic work is done and if there is enough funds to do a proper job or just another quick fix.

The comment in that article that sticks out to me is a desire to do something first for academics. The Ping expansion for a rink then sounds like its closer to 15-20 years out. The big push it seems will be for a new medical school in Athens as the foundation has started buying up properties on West State for it already.
