The week started early on Tuesday with OHIO football downing Ball State to stay in bowl contention.

Men’s hoops took a tough loss Friday against a strong Tulsa team but showed their potential by looking sound during much of the game. They then storm back Saturday to beat Norfolk State.

Also on Friday and Saturday, women’s basketball goes to the Akron tourney and wins both games.

In the MAC volleyball semifinals Saturday, the Cats roll Kent 3-1.

Finally, the dessert for the week (the Sunday sundae if you will), the ladies sweep Northern to win the MAC Volleyball Tournament for the ninth time.

P.S. A side-note cherry on top for at least some of us, OSU goes down in football.
