My thing is, this will kill college sports. You might not think so but i do. College football has the tie of people who went to that college or it was there dream. When you bring this in the college sports will die.

But actually i don't think it is going to happen. Student athletes don't want to blow up the cash cow. And if congress passes name image and likeness federal guidelines and it is ruled to be constitutional this may be the only pay required and that all colleges may go to a stipend.

Today's The Record has an article by Steve Berkowitz of USA Today about
how the NCAA is planning,at least temporarily,to address the issue of players
making money off of their name,image and likeness.

The article says "nothing is going to be black and white".
