I happen to know the attorney who is representing the coach and he would not have taken this case if the coach wasn't unjustly fired. If you read the ESPN article and compare it to watch has been said by the player, there certainly are some discrepancies. As a disclaimer, I also know the player's attorney.
I know Peter (coach's attorney) too. A genuinely good human who strives to use the law to right wrongs. On the surface, this looks awful, but there must be more to it for Peter to dive in on it. Hopefully we'll all know the full story at some point. I only know what I've read in the news like everyone else.
