The 2020 guide is still on the website. It seems a little late to not have the 2021 guide out yet...we're halfway through 2021. Anyone have info on when the new one might be out?

Doesn't seem too much to ask to post a current electronic guide if they want our money. Just sayin'

It's a mess - No one working on site still it seems due to Covid which at this point seems ridiculous as anyone working for OHIO athletics and/or Bobcat Club should have both vaxes by now (and if not then they should not have a job since they are unable to do their job).

I fortunately have a very committed contact who responds to any/all questions I have had - by phone/text/email. Seems if you get engaged with a good contact they do respond. Outside of that - Figuring out what this next academic year/Bobcat Club year/Specific sport year plan is - - Is confusing as hell....

I called with a question yesterday, and got an answering machine. Left a messaage with my name and phone#, and within 5 minutes received a return call. You can also send an email, as the rep monitors the email account.

I got a call from a Sales Rep about purchasing tickets for football. I went on the website to look for pricing information like this but found the 2020 stuff. The actual ticket purchasing window seemed to have updated prices but for season tickets the parking pass levels are a key factor for many. They definitely need to get the 2021 guide out.

Wonder what membership level I need to achieve to get an email response - or even automated acknowledgement - from our AD? I haven't reached it, I guess.

I have had good conversations with the OBC office. They are hard at work I'm sure
