I saw this and after looking around the internet realized that there is a race to see who can deliver the best and cheapest system right now. There are three or four different companies with their own systems. Another one I saw was called Perfect Pour and it uses an attachment on a regular tap using really basic scientifc principles to not waste a drop of beer and to pour in a matter of seconds. Darren Rovell (who is a great guy to follow on twitter, btw) did a report on Perfect Pour. Fascinating stuff. Something we've had for hundreds of years and are now just improving.
