To all who have served, thank you for your service.  To those of us who were my Vietnam brethren, welcome home.

Sorry I missed this discussion a month ago.

FYI...In early2010 we launched an iniitative to collect the names, graduation years and branches of services of all graduates of our high school who have served - or are serving - in the military services - Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, Navy.  

Twice so far, on Nov. 11, 2010 and again this past Nov. 11, we have emailed that roster - titled Roll Call - to the more than 2,000 members of our high school's Alumni Email Network.  At this writing the names on the Roll Call roster total 689. 

To keep the initiative manageable, we are including only veterans who actually graduated - meaning not including those who left the school for any reason prior to graduation.  One exception: we know that in 1944 a policy was in place under which a student who left school after the fall semester to enlist in the miitary was awarded a diploma. 

A copy of this growing Roll Call roster is kept at the high school - and will be updated annually.
