Did he just say, "they tell me that Ohio State hasn't beaten an in state team in over 100 years?" This guy really doesn't fact check!
Perhaps the Huffington Post needs to be fact checked.
If he did say that, it would obviously be a slip of the tongue, like Obama saying that he had visited all 59 states. In both cases (assuming Huffington quoted Ryan accurately), it's obvious that the speaker wasn't ignorant of the facts but just misspoke. I don't suppose you have ever meant one thing and said the opposite by mistake.
