The cover story of this week's ENR (Engineering News Record) Magazine is entitled "The New Guard".

The inside front cover  talks about the article. It was written by a team led by ENR's Multi-media Editor Luke Abaffy.

According to ENR "Abaffy,26, came to ENR as an intern from Ohio University's Scripps School of Journalism,where he majored in magazine journalism.After his freshman year,he spent two years in Los Angeles working on commercials and short films before returning to O.U. to finish his degree."
