I had always heard Mike Schmidt is, ahem, a piece of work. Just read on Facebook a story of an Ohio University graduate's encounter with the esteemed Hall of Famer.

"Hello, Mr. Schmidt. I just want to introduce myself. I'm a graduate of your alma mater, Ohio University."

Schmidt response: "Oh yeah, well why don't you go f___ yourself?"

What goes around comes around, asshole.

Hey, he said it in English. In Mike's eyes, that constitutes leadership.

Brian Smith is the most underrated poster here. Clever and poignant every time.
