Yes I guy here in Athens posted that this morning. It's gotten to the point that you wake up every morning and ask "who's next?" Sexual assault is never ever right but this whole thing seems to be spiraling out of control.
It’s a very delicate thing. I genuinely believe most of these things coming out recently are women who finally feel empowered to speak up, and that’s a good thing. At the same time, there are likely some embellishments for whatever reason. There’s no way to know which is which, though.
In the cases of some of the older ones, I get that it was not seen as big of an issue back then, but it doesn’t justify it either. I don’t know if losing your current job for something unrelated way back when is necessarily a useful consequence, but if not, what would be?
Matt’s unfortunately reads like it’s a slam dunk, detailed account of violating company policy at his current employer.
