Yep, Jackie O's is a widely distributed beer in the state of Ohio so I'm not surprised that you would find them at a multi location restaurant like Winking Lizard.
But not all NE Ohio establishments carry all Jackie O’s varieties. Good for Winking Lizard for carrying it.
