Or...maybe you're not too good at sarcasm. If your attempt at sarcasm was to state that this 'Looks like OCF was correct on his major blowup', meaning that this was FAR from a major blowup (which would be the only way to be sarcastic with that comment), that falls flat. When the highest (or second-highest) paid member of the athletic department is put on immediate and undisclosed leave, that's what I personally would consider a 'major blowup', or in OCF's actual words, a 'major overhaul'.
So, you'll have to forgive those of us who don't immediately recognize the sarcasm in a comment that actually fits how many of us are actually feeling, that this is a 'major overhaul' within the athletic department. Whether this is what OCF was originally referring to or not, his post feels quite prescient based on what has transpired this week.
