Any lawyer who isn't heavily using AI will soon be obsolete.
Any lawyer not fact checking and proof reading a brief and making sure the legal cases cited and quotes used are actually real, should be obsolete
Absolutely right! AI can be a good way to track down things that need further research, but relying on it as completely accurate is a fool’s errand.
I mean that was just embarrassing, I was embarrassed for them! It’s a damn federal criminal trial, and that’s the best you can do is get called out for fake documents, cases, quotes and rulings. If someone’s freedoms wasnt on the line, it would be funny.
