Ohiobobcats reporting a new kicker commit. Kohl’s number 38 kicker and a punter averaging over 40 yards per punt. apparently a PWO.

Ohio has had a history of excellent PK and punters. One reason is that they don't just pick one guy and give him the job. They seem to pick one guy to give a scholarship to, but bring in a PWO to compete. Sometimes the scholarship guy wins the job, but sometimes the PWO takes the job and wins a scholarship.
Good luck to both Spetic and Kasee. I hope one turns out to be a great place kicker, and the other turns out to be a great punter, and they can both back up the other. Certainly the PK job is wide open, and Wilson's job as the punter is not secure; Wilson will need to improve to keep it. Ohio was dead last in the MAC in Net punting at 34.5 yards.
