And another WR to boot. Looks to me like they’re taking the best player available rather than filling needs, but I have no idea what they’re thinking.

His twitter indicates next to 0 recruiting activity from any place else. Seems like more of a track guy than a football guy, but if he's PWO, maybe that turns into something down the line at no risk.

He's fast and tall. Good coaching might be all he needs, but will take a couple years to develop.
