Right now, Ohio has added 18 Freshmen, a JUCO, and 2 transfers, for a total of 21 players. I have no idea how many players have used up their eligibility, but we do know that 14 players are in the portal. Since they added the 19 players (Freshmen+JUCO) before the portal became active, I'm guessing that about 19 players used their eligibility. Add in scholarships available because of the 14 in the portal, and perhaps Ohio will need to add as many as 33 players this year.

If I am right, we may see another dozen players added in the next month of so. Does anyone have a better estimate for how many more players Ohio can add, either from the portal, or from Freshmen?
