He seems to have been a 2021 recruit for the FCS Rhode Island Rams, but then to have found his way to Division 2 Davenport in 2022. I found this video of him at Davenport:

I like this pick up, slightly small in the height department, has good feet and hands, high motor in those films. He definitely contributes next year.

I agree. He's aggressive and persistent with good footwork. The portal may taketh away, but the portal also giveth. If Ohio can find 10-12 players of this caliber in the portal, they will more than offset the losses to the portal.
