Just kidding.

I'm sure you've watched both the Buffalo and the Temple game on ESPN.

Welcome aboard.

Doc, great question.  I raised this point somewhere else.  Why doesn't the Athletic Department do a quick and easy survey of incoming Frosh and ask them if they have seen OUr team play on an ESPN or other television stations over the last two years AND then follow up with how that influenced their decision to come to Ohio.

For example, we have some guys signed for this year already.  Maybe they would anser YES to they've seen the games BUT then would state they had already decided to attend Ohio (perhaps based on games viewed from the previous year) OR that being on TV played no part in their decision to attend Ohio.

It just seems to me the Athletic Department could then show some data indicating that ESPN weeknite TV games in November do (hopefully not DO NOT) influence the athletes decision to attend.

It can't hurt 71 that these last 2 games  on ESPN have been resounding victories for us.

Let's hope they'll see another one against Can't State on the 26th.

I think that having those games on TV are so important for the recruits because it allows the players to see what could be if they go to school here. I do think it will seriously affect a recruit thought because Ohio and most smaller schools play most of there tv games during the a weekday, and there’s maybe 5-6,000 people in the stands not giving the kids a true Saturday experience of 12-14,000
