Ohio has offered a scholarship to Armwood (Seffner, FL) High School defensive end David Tinsley. The 6-2, 250-pounder also has offers from Delware, CMU, WKU, Youngstown St. and WMU. He tells Rivals that Ohio and Delaware top his list. He'll visit Ohio on 1/7 and Delaware on 1/14 before making his decision.

Close to 80 tackles from a DL......17 in the backfield and 7 sacks.....looks like he has some quicks and his team made the Florida championship game:

A very reliable source within the Delaware athletic office states that Tinsley will give his verbal to Delaware during his 1/14 visit to Newark.

According to RIvals, Tinsley had a good visit but did not commit. Sat down with Solich at the end and told him he had to visit Delaware before making a decision.
