The Lincoln Journal Star is reporting today that NU may have offered their LB coach opening to OUr Ross Els. Unfortunate for us if true. Els is a quality person/coach all the way!

Though I hate to lose a good coach, I see this as a good sign that Ohio is a thriving environment for coaches as well as players. Having former coaches around the CFB landscape can only help Ohio. JMHO.

There is always going to be a certain amount of turnover, but it has been less than a coach a year, I think, not bad at all.
