I saw Rob Cornelius Saturday and immediately thought of his "That is ridiculous!" call of Bates' 70 yd. td run last year.  My mind then wandered to the number of posters who say Bates passes the "eyeball" test.  This test doesn't guarantee success and many A+ "eyeball" players never translate the grade to the field.  Kozak passes the "eyeball" test and every game someone with me asks "Who the heck is that?"....happened Sat. with my brother-in-law in regards to Kozak.

We need pass rushers and players on the edge.  Kozak definately got my attention on Saturday:

Kyle's Spring Roster weight is listed at 245lbs at IU he was listed as 250lbs.

The NFL Draft articles are abundant now;  the Cleveland Browns player personnel guy said that the ideal weight for an edge rusher is 250lbs.

Hopefully the enthusiasm from posters is accurate and that he upgrades a position on the DL.  Nothing like a quick and explosive guy making teams watch out for him.  Then those cagey LB's can sneak through the holes caused by the end rusher's attention.

It wouldn't bother me if he played DE at 265 lbs.

But weight isn't the thing; the achievement is.  I can't remember us having a disruptive pass rush defensive end.  I've been following the 'Cats avidly, though from afar, for about 10-12 years.

Hope he's good against the run, also.
