Ohio has received a commitment from Iowa Western Community College defensive end Ty Branz. The 6-2, 245-pounder graduates this month. This past season, Branz had 55 tackles. Of the 55 tackles, 20 were for loss including 11 sacks.

Branz is a stud.  The York, NE native had 20 tackles for losses, 11 sacks, 55 total stops and was named an NJCAA honorable mention All-American.

Those 2 DE's for a really good JUCO team were awesome.  We tried to get both but the strongside DE Morrisey verbaled to Iowa State.

We got the pass rusher.....kept hearing the old Def Leppard song Animal in my head.

This is painful, JUCO players are always a bust there's only a couple good kids a year and they go to big schools, and above mid major level schools. Once again we sign two players from the same school. This is the second coming of Alan Goff, I remember getting excited about the 3 star Goff coming to Ohio after he turned down UNLV, and we all remember how little he played

I hope I am wrong but JUCO players at OHIO are no good. Were picking JUCO players dead last compared to all other D1 school, we cant compete. So every player we get is a nobody, and they dont play. Who have we signed besides Boo who was good?
