According to his coach.... Logan had a visit to Illinois State this weekend...Loves the staff and program and they had been recruiting him since seeing him as a sophmore...He was offered by them and told he could fill needs at 5 positions for them ( CB, RB, WR inside and outside and return game)...  According to Coach Street the OU staff is calling him multiple times a week.... Would love to see us have a physical  slot who has vertical speed and vision of a running back... ( in his county 600,000 people : he won scoring title as a JR and POY....he leads county in scoring again this year and averaging almost 12yds/carry..... Friday- touched the ball 5 times for 3 tds and 150yds before being pulled in the 1st Quarter!!!  Also had 3 pancake blocks on one punt return by his upman....knocked the 3rd kid out at the goal-line....

Who has offered so far?

As of this week... picks up 4 more offers! What are we waiting on..... Love my school but dang we need an explosive player like this.... OK State has called 3 times this week and offering a  visit ..... How is it the kid is getting all these offers and now OK state ( MTSU coming to a game next week) along with 2 other MAC schools yet we sit idle....

Not sure... I know this.... he went to state this spring in the 100M dash (running a 10.75 handheld / and only had 1 track meet prior to the sectionals - he is a 3yr starter on baseball team!! Not sure how many kids can leadoff, hit 400, walk out on the track with almost no practice and drop 10.75s....)...I know this after wathcing some games so far this year of OU .... we could use a kid with this quickness and top-end speed...Twice this summer and (once in the spring ) he has run 3 - 4.39 40's...... As a jr-to-be at Un. Cincy - he won their fastest man among 600kids  with a 4.43...And his slowest time in the 40 all summer was 4.46.... I do not know Chases speed.... I also know he was "fastest man" at Ohio St. 6/12 camp by far.. .ran 4.04 shuttle.... AND witnessed him destroy the rivals #1 DB in Ohio ... who had already committed to OSU..... 2hrs the kid from Stubbensville never made a play on him...

 

not sure about either kid you have mentioned.... 10.75 is a handheld...if you do the math on the FAT.... and was the FAT for the other kid in 40degree weather with it raining sideways.... that was the conditions... and mind you the kid only ran twice prior to that time ALL YEAR.... being full-time on baseball team and hitting over 400...500 as a soph....

End of day don't know a lot about the other 2 kids to compare.... 2 mac and 2 sunbelts are coming to games in the next couple wks...he has a number of full-scholly offers...not sure what would be gained by a greyshirt offer...that would be a little embarrassing on our part....

ps- looked up some film on the main kid you mention... not nearly the vision on the field nor the hips....

BTW...what were his spring (OU practice either spring or summer) shuttles or 40's????
