Great news. Always good to win a recruiting battle over Toledo and the rest of the MAC. He's ranked 18th by OhioVarsity.com of the state's 2012 OL recruiting class. He's the highest-ranked prospect to choose a non-BCS school.

I hope that this is an early indicator that the recruiting class of 2012 will be a good one. I agree that to beat out Toledo and Miami for a player is a good sign.

Great start couldn't be better. We need a star QB and RB on offense. We need a star CB and safety on defense.Go O-H-I-O.

Unless the coaching staff has no confidence in our recent QB recruits, I can't see this. Next year we will have 3 freshmen and 1 sophomore QB....not a very attractive situation for a prospective QB.
