Where do you think he's looking to go though? Is Pitt or Penn St looking to add running back depth?

"It is a power offense and I am not a power type of a back. I'm more of a scat-back type guy. I can run, but I like to catch the ball out of the backfield and do different things."

This does not read well. I don't get tough from this. Perhaps he would like slot receiver better, still if he wants to sell himself as a running back?
