2013 RB/ATH Josh Tapscott from Kettle Run HS (Nokesville, VA)has decommitted from Boston College and has Ohio as his only other offer. He is scheduled to visit on the 26th. The 5-9, 185-pounder ran for over 1,300 yards and 18 TDs last season.

Who would watch a 20 minute vid of one athlete....uhhhhh...I just did.  

Kid looks like a legit 4.4 and reminds me of current Cat Devin Bass with his ability to split the seam and haul arse.

 Nice videography as some of the vids I've watched (like Will Johnson's of Cally) have been dreadful.  Nokesville OCF is near a little town called Manassas and that creek called Bull Run.
