Ohio has offered a scholarship to Dublin Coffman High School offensive tackle Zachary Murdock. The 6-4, 285-pounder also has offers from Western Michigan, Akron, Ball St. and Bowling Green. According to BroncoBlitz.com, Murdock has Ohio, WMU, Michigan St. and Cincinnati as his top four. While MSU and UC are considering offers, Murdock likes the Bobcats.

Excerpt:
"Right now one of the schools that really stands out is Ohio. Actually my quarterback, James Walsh, just committed there two weeks ago. He said it's a great place, my mom said it's a great place academically. I've heard it's a great atmosphere on gameday, so I just want to go up there and see what it's all about," Murdock said.

"I've heard it's a great atmosphere on gameday,"

Things like the blackout against Temple last year fire the team up for that game, but they also help recruiting. Peden looked awesome on ESPN last year. Also, the video of the team getting the black uniforms help, too - you can't watch that and not know that the kids are having fun, and really into what they are doing.

The gameday experience was unbelievable for both Marshall and Temple this year.  We need to make sure we have at least 1 game like that every single year.

Rivals.com depicts it as a "Solid Verbal," Ted.

While I can't put words in Doc's mouth, I'll borrow a couple from him: Me likey!
