Had to add Troy Mangen at TE.......when you have a relative that went to Ohio that's one thing.......but he has relatives in the plural.

Doc, good selection.  I like this young man at SS, defense wins this time with me, Zach plants them.

Yeah....he looks like a man amongst boys....and as you pointed out Bcat he can play offense or defense.....still wonder a tad about his competition but with so many offers he has definately impressed a bunch of people.

Doc, with Cope being a WR/QB combo do you think he will play more QB or WR? He could possibly give Solich a little wrinkle in the play book for the WR pass...

There's limited video on Cope as a WR.....but what I've looked at is exciting....4.4 speed and great hands.  As a QB he rolls out great and can take it all the way when he runs.  The problem may be his arm strength or maybe even his WR teammates as he throws a lot of wobbly passes.

Yes a WR pass from him...even a tad wobbly...would be awesome.

We have the QB and at least 1 WR.....potential RB's should be drooling over the three 300 pound pancake machines who have already verbaled......let's go RB's and WR's....time to get on board.

Added to the list recent BC decommit Tapscott......he vists July 26 and OCF's wife will hate this phrase but "when they get here we gottem".....what he published about himself online as a sophomore....good student as well:

My Name is Joshua Tapscott, I am a Sophomore at Kettle Run High School, I'm 5'11" and weight 170 Lbs. I run a 4.4 forty and can bench 290 Lbs. As a freshman in high school I started on the varsity team and was awarded honors as a First Team All District Athlete. I started in the position of running back and safety and also kick return. I am currently a Sophomore and started varsity as a running back, defensive back, and kick returner. I received honors as First Team All District Running Back.

My current GPA is 3.5.

My dream right now is to play college football and maybe one day play in the NFL. I know to achieve that dream I have to work hard and study hard. My dad taught me, no matter what be a leader in life and not a follower. I try to lead by example, I work hard in the weight room, I work hard on the field and I work hard in the classroom. My goal is to get my bench over the 300lb mark before spring arrives, and maintain my 3.5 GPA. I have two more years of high school football to play and I'm focusing on being a leader for my team and helping them by being the best I can be both physically and mentally.

QB Walsh gets another weapon in WR Brown.....said to be the best WR in WVA since Randy Moss....yeah I know it's a small state but being said in the same breath as Randy Moss is something:

The offensive side of the football now has a solid core - QB, receivers, and linemen. Only one more piece is needed to complete the core, that being a solid running back. After that they can just add in the best talent they can get regardless of position.

Doc / LC,

Maybe I'm overlooking someone but aren't we in serious need of a Center?

If we are, it's too late to get one via recruiting. Allen, Bales and Pritchard are all Seniors. You wouldn't want to be starting a true Freshman Center. I think Powell is next in line at center, but I'm not sure. Hopefully some others are working there, too.
