Ohio has offered a scholarship to San Jacinto (CA) Junior College running back Superiorr Reid. It's the first offer for the 6-2, 205-pounder.

He originally signed with Nevada where CB coach James
Ward comes from. So we may have an "in"' down the line here. RB is a huge priority with this class.

How did you resist a 'superior' pun? Definitely an all-name candidate. Also, how did he originally select Nevada yet this is his first offer? Is there something I'm missing?

So he'll have 2 years of eligibility, right?

And Kenny Ashley still has me hesitant to get super excited about California JUCO running back transfers, so I want to take a wait-and-see with this one.

He's clearly fast, and he sees the field well, but how is he after contact? The highlight reel was mostly long runs, so I can't tell. This coaching staff is very good at evaluating running backs, so if they want him, he's probably good.

Rivals had him at 5.4 in 2011, and now has him at 5.7.

Great size and speed, if stats given are correct. I like the RB we signed this year (didn't qualify) from Georgia  better than Reid based simply on the available film.
Pass catching and blocking skills are critical.
